July 8 meeting: Meeting in Southside Park

This week we will be holding our meeting in Southside Park at 7 pm. All members and guests are invited and we hope to see you there.

 

This week we will be incorporating our monthly board meeting into the regular meeting. This will give everyone a chance to see how a board meeting is conducted and what topics are typically discussed. Although members and guests are not allowed to vote on any issues discussed there may be an opportunity for you to give some feedback on the items discussed or ways to make our discussions more effective.

 

We would like to provide an ice cream treat for this event and it would be very considerate if you could let me know if you plan to attend(edwinvw8@gmail.com). No one wants to risk missing out on ice cream!
