The Rotary Foundation.

The mission of The Rotary Foundation is to enable Rotarians and friends to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through the improvement of health, the support of education, and the alleviation of poverty.

The Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation supported solely by voluntary contributions from Rotarians and friends of the Foundation who share its vision of a better world.

As Rotarians, we are encouraged to donate yearly to this Foundation where we also receive a tax receipt for the donations anyone makes.

It are not only Rotarians that donate to this Foundation, there are many friends of Rotary donating to this great cause.

Yearly, people donate to this Foundation approx. $200 million plus and a tax receipt is send out to the person donating.

The Rotary Foundation has a 92% efficiency in fundraising and listed as #48 on the list of best Foundations to give to on the Forbes List of best charities.
