Youth Exchange Weekend

The upcoming 5 weeks are a bit busy as we also have the Youth Exchange Weekend on September 10-11, 2011. We will be hosting the new incoming Rotary Exchange students again at our Farm.

There is going to be an information session for the students, Counselors and Host Families in the morning.
In the afternoon the Woodstock Rotary Club is making their Dragonboats available for practice and a race.

At night we are planning a BBQ and everyone in the Cluster Clubs are invited to come and meet the students and the BBQ will be at cost. This is a family event.

On Sunday we are doing breakfast and free time for the students to get to know each other.

We will need a few volunteers to help. If you're interested, please speak to me.
