So much work & time goes into the preparation and execution of an event like this...

...and it was all worth it!

Woodstock-Oxford Rotary wishes to thank all their neighbouring Rotary Clubs, partners, sponsors, suppliers, supporters, friends and family for their part in the near flawless execution of our 35th annual fish fry fundraiser. And what a great night it was!

The community has once again gathered on a Saturday night at the Woodstock Fair Grounds for another installment of our biggest annual fundraiser. With anticipation for Knechtels of Port Dover's famous perch dinner, and a live music party kick-off by well-known music group "Ferguson-Drive", event goers were lined up early to enjoy this long-standing, inter-generational community event. In a long-standing partnership with Woodstock & District Developmental Services (WDDS), they enhanced the evening with a silent auction and a special kind of draw for 3 big ticket items up for grab. Event attendees were privileged to purchase special keys among a limited number available; 3 of which opened a door related to each of the big prizes.

Of course, one of the main attractions to this event was the midnight draw for an all-inclusive trip for 2 to Cuba, courtesy of Pharmasave Woodstock & Ingersoll locations. Again, our congratulations to Nicole Mathias, winner of the trip to Cuba!

We hope to have a tally of the monies raised and look forward to distributing those funds to worthy projects.
