Our D7080 Representative, PDG John Stairs will be just back from the Rotary International Council on Legislation (RIs legislative assembly), where proposals are debated and voted upon to update Rotary's constitution, bylaws and policies.  Learn how the COL is established and what changes are being made as a resuld of this COL meeting, held every three years.
